Not sure if there's anything in this product other than gelatin/flavor/sugar
After trying other products individually Shilajit, Ashwagandha, etc... I saw these and thought, wow all in one and gummy even. How disappointed I was when trying them over several days and not even coming close to feeling any different as the other products gave me individually. Shilajit has always had a legitimate feeling after consuming. Ashwagandha had taken a few days to go into effect but I still felt it working. These gave me "0" feelings of effectiveness after around 10 days of consuming.
