Mine came with 10 copper lugs and 5 black / 5 red heat shrink tube pieces.

Q: The pictures provided for the lugs appears to include a crimping tool. Is the tool included with the item price?

Q: How large is the tube hole on a 2/0 ga stud copper lug？

From parameter list,bare wire up to 0.46" can be inserted in the tube of 2/0 lug.

Q: I used a heavy duty crimping tool for, then tried a vice, was unable to crush the copper tube to attach the wire, how do YOU attach/crush them?

I got some heavy duty crimpers. I do the getto approach lol. I take a block of wood and strike the tool with a hammer. Crimps them crazy tight! Never an issue.
