I bought this to help with dizziness of having POTS syndrome. I ran out of the 1st can and tried buying a different brand that was a little cheaper and was completely unsatisfied. I went back to this brand even though it cost a little more. Its the best quality you can get for the price and you get the most servings as well. But the best part is the taste. I love the punch one! Its helped keep me very hydrated and my body knows when I'm not drinking it because the dizziness comes back so I know this stuff works.

We started using this daily for hydration. It keeps us nicely hydrated without all the sugars put in other brands and has a great taste. It's not a strong a flavor and definitely tasty. It's very easy to use just scoop into a cup of water and drink. By far it's been the best hydration drink we have tried. I gave it for stars due to my own error in getting a tiny bit of the powder in the jar wet after putting it in my water. Don't do this. Any moisture will make to product clump. You can't beat the health benefits of staying hydrated. This is a great product.

I have POTS, and I NEED a good helping of electrolytes to simply function every day. My bank account was suffering as i struggled to find an affordable source, until I found this stuff. All I can say is wow. You get an incredible amount of product for so little cost. I bought this stuff the end of December, but I've still got a heavy container, and it's nearing the end of January. I was a bit skeptical about the small serving suggestion, given that I typically need more than the average person, but the one measured scoop that they provide you is plenty in pretty much any volume of water (past 40ml, it starts tasting diluted). I find that if I need more, it's towards the end of the day, as long as I've been consistently hydrating throughout the day. It never hurts to do a heftier scoop with the spoon provided on days when I'm feeling particularly drained. It keeps me going throughout the day. If you're terribly concerned about running out of steam though, maybe carry a pre-measured serving on you before leaving the house for long periods of time.As far as taste and smell goes, I think its one of the better tasting electrolyte supplements there is right now. I will say, it is very bitter and potent, so theres seriously no need to do more than a recommended serving at once. It smells how it tastes, and it tastes like a citrusy tropical punch. No complaints here.All in all, it's a fantastic choice if you're in need, and on a budget. I haven't been unusually fatigued or anything like that since switching to this product, so I give it a big thumbs up.

This is one of my go-to electrolyte powders! It mixes well, and the flavor is so great! I prefer the Fruit Punch flavor to the others, but they’re all good. The cost is great for the amount of servings and the ingredients are clean.

Much better ingredients than liquid IV. No artificial dyes, a ton of added vitamins, zero sugar and it’s much more inexpensive.

Good value. Good flavor. Bought for my 16 year old son that likes to run. Good way to hydrate as he adds it to his water as opposed to drinking sugary gatorades and such.
