I decided to try this vacuum to see how it does. My teenage daughters and I named our vacuum Hygea, gave it some googly eyes, and treat it like a toddler/pet. This vacuum gets stuck, regularly, under the edges of our couches. As soon as we get it unstuck, it seems to go right back to the same area we got it out of. But, we still are fond of it. We run it when we are home so we can get it unstuck. Overall, it does fine for surface crumbs but it misses sections of the floor. Sometimes it goes over the same section multiple times while missing the area next to it.We have a set of stairs in the main area of our house and it is good about sensing the stairs and has never fallen down them.Is it more efficient than an actual broom/vacuum? No. But it does a good enough job if no one is visiting.

I really love the self emptying feature. It's so convenient not to have to empty the vacuum after every cleaning. However, I do wish the dustbin held a bit more before needing to be emptied, but that's a minor issue. The vacuum's navigation is generally great – it moves in organized patterns and covers most areas well. It can occasionally miss a corner here and there, but it usually catches those spots in the next pass.Setting it up was a breeze, and the ILIFEHOME app makes it super easy to control. I can schedule cleanings, adjust the suction power, and I've noticed that it's saving me a lot of time and effort.Overall, I'm very happy with the ILIFE V9 Pro. It's a fantastic value for a robot vacuum that handles pet hair, dirt, and even light mopping. While it's not perfect (a few minor navigation quirks), it's definitely earned a spot as one of my favorite home appliances. Highly recommend!

Having previously purchased 3 ilife robots over past years, I was excited about owning a self empty model. I was a BIG FAN of ilife. Told all of my friends about ilife's usefulness and affordable cost. Some of my friends even purchased iLife robots. This year I planned and used my annual holiday splurge to purchase the new self empty model.Upon receiving this robot, my excitement quickly turned to great disappointment.I spent more time picking up dust bunnies after it attempted to vacuum. This robot is an epic fail. The remote only worked sometimes. Mapping was just so so. It was great at dragging dust bunnies from one room to another. The self empty feature did not work. After days of use, there was hardly any dust in the collection bag, but plenty in my trash can that I had to pick up. NOT GOOD!Now the holiday sales are over and I blew my annual self gift only to be sadden and disappointed by one of my past favorite Brands. ILIFE! DO BETTER!!! Returned for refund!

Got the vacuum cleaner delivered today, and I was quite eager to try it out on my floors. After some thorough testing, I found that it has both some good and some bad aspects to it.1. One of the things I really appreciate about this vacuum cleaner is its quiet operation. It is significantly less noisy than my previous one, which was a major concern for me. However, it is a little on the larger side, measuring about 1-2 inches bigger than my other vacuum cleaner. This might be a consideration for those who have limited storage space.2. If you have an open bottom barstool, it is possible that the vacuum cleaner could get stuck underneath it. When this happens, it will try to maneuver itself out, but unfortunately, it often finds itself unable to do so. This can be quite frustrating, especially if you are in a hurry to clean up.3. On a positive note, it is incredibly convenient not to have to empty out the tray on the vacuum cleaner. It features a self-cleaning mechanism that kicks in when it returns to its base. This means that you can spend less time on maintenance and more time enjoying a clean home.4. The water chamber on this vacuum is quite generous for its size, which is a nice touch. However, I must admit that I am a little disappointed with the mopping function. It doesn’t really perform a deep clean like a traditional mop would. Instead, it feels more like giving a kid a mop and saying, “Push it.” The mopping action is quite superficial, and it doesn’t leave the floors as spotless as I had hoped.5. I also like that the manufacturer provides you with about 4-5 bags to start off with. These bags are quite spacious, so they can hold a considerable amount of dirt and debris. Additionally, it was super easy to connect the vacuum to my Wi-Fi network, which is a great feature for those who like to control their appliances remotely. It’s also nice to know that if you are not home, you can start it up from the road using the app.6. The vacuum is somewhat sensitive, which can be both a blessing and a curse. For instance, if you have a small dog bowl in its path, it will push it out of the way or bump into it until it turns around. This can be helpful in avoiding obstacles, but it might also cause some items to be moved unintentionally. My dog bowl is clear, so it’s easy to see when the vacuum is approaching it.Overall, I am quite impressed with this robot vacuum cleaner. It is a great product with excellent functionality, and it is priced right. I believe that you will like it, and it will be a valuable addition to your home cleaning routine.

This vaccum works very well. It’s much bigger than it seems. It connected easily to my WiFi and once fully charged I was easily able to get it to run. Its speed and sound is adjustable. I have lots of dog hair and it worked a lot better than I thought it would.
