Great flavor!
Flavor is GREAT! While there is a salty flavor, it’s not too much. It’s quenches your thirst and doesn’t have a bad aftertaste. I read that you should drink it BEFORE a workout or activity and that definitely helps while I’m training for a half marathon. My only complaint is it’s a little costly.

Great flavors, better for you, what's not to love?
I discovered LMNT back in 2020 and at the time had no clue what the science behind it was. But it was way outside my financial means at the time. Fast forward to 2022 and I started "splurging" on a box a couple of times a year because I noticed how much better I feel when I drink it versus other electrolyte mixes. (And I've always craved salt and was the kid who got in trouble for drinking the juice from cans of olives or jars of pickles... obviously my body has been trying to tell me something for years). Now I have a subscribe and save to my favorite flavors AND added in these!I'll admit, I don't quite love these as much as I prefer mixing my own powder to water ratio because I often go low water, drink a couple of ounces then make it very thin. 😎🍹 That said, when I'm not drinking LMNT or black coffee I'm sipping sparkling water like La Croix or Waterloo or Sprindrift so I was thrilled to find a sparkling version (they even can it here in Montana yay!).Now, this isn't an energy drink, there's no caffeine but if you don't regularly consume magnesium you might find this a good substitute for your morning coffee... in that it can get the digestive system going. I personally love it for afternoons at my restaurant job as it can get really hot in the kitchen and that midday slump is when everyone else starts chugging Monster and Red Bull. I'm just way too health conscientious to guzzle that stuff and wind up jittery, irritable, and more thirsty. I also notice less swelling in my hands and feet the following day after those 10-12 hour shifts when I have one of these about mid-shift.

Perfect Fizzy Electrolyte drink – Fun and Refreshing!
These LMNT sparkling electrolyte drinks are such a great find! They’re salty, a little sweet, and perfectly fizzy — a unique flavor combo that totally works once you get used to it. They give you that refreshing, fun “drink over ice” vibe. Plus, you get the added bonus of electrolytes, so they’re actually doing something good for your body too. Great option after a workout or on a hot day as well. I love keeping them on hand for social events or parties when I don’t feel like drinking alcohol. I definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a healthier, more hydrating alternative to cocktails or sodas. 4 stars only because LMNT's motto is "Stay Salty" and these were a little too sweet for my husband. We were expecting more of a flavored salty drink without sweetness, but the rest of the family liked them!

Love all the flavors
Love all the flavors but this one is my favorite. It can taste a bit salty at first, but after the first few sips you get used to it (at least I did). I am a white monster lover and trying to find something to replace it in the morning. I have tried so many “clean” energy drinks that tasted either watered down, or were basically sparkling water with a hint of flavor. This has no caffeine but it has really good flavor, not just an aftertaste of flavor (if that makes sense. I will definitely keep the refrigerator stocked. It is a bit pricey, but I personally think it’s worthy it and I only have 1 a day.

SALTY
Not like other electrolyte drinks... You'll taste the salt in these! I did enjoy the flavors but found the salt could be a bit overpowering at times. But hey, isn't that the point? Grapefruit was probably my favorite flavor. I think it's worth trying, but if you don't like a salty flavor, go with another brand

LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Water: Great for Hydration, But Beware the Salty Seas
I recently tried the LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Water Variety Pack, and I have mixed feelings.Pros:Hydration Hero: These drinks definitely pack a punch when it comes to electrolytes. I felt noticeably more rehydrated after exercise compared to plain water.Fizzy Fun: The carbonation adds a refreshing twist to regular water, making it more enjoyable to drink, especially on a hot day. This was the primary draw for us + convenience.Variety Pack: The variety pack is a great way to try all the flavors. However...Cons:Over the Salty Seas: Whoa, these are salty! While I appreciate the electrolyte content, for some, it might be a bit much. If you're not a fan of sports drinks or find them too salty, this might not be for you. I had to mix half of one in a 2L jug of water. Drinking it straight was not for me between the saltiness and the flavor.Flavor Fail: I wasn't a huge fan of the artificial flavors. They tasted a bit too fake and didn't quite hit the mark for me. If you're looking for something with a more natural taste, you might want to look elsewhere.Electrolyte Overload: I noticed these REALLY affected the pH balance of my urine. Can do one a week, diluted as noted above, any more than that really sets me ablaze ((which I found concerning)). I do Keto and can handle my salts. I'm guessing this is tethered to the potassium they use, but man, it really irritated some aspects of my system.
