Can someone tell me the procedure to wash this? Because it is completely dirty after 10days usage.

No need to wash it until this does not absorb the dry dirt. Don't use any chemicals to wash it. Just soak it in water for hour or two. Then dry it. Don't put it in sunlight to dry. Because sunlight and chemicals used to wash can damage the material used in this duster.

How Often should it be washed?

Washed once. Still works perfectly.

can i get the replacement of the brush only?

Yes buy the brush and remove the main portion to get the replacement. If you want to save on money then wash the previous one buy jopasu activator and spray on the washed one. It will be like new
