After having read several negative reviews, I would like to point out that this product IS NOT RAMEN. While Ramen instant noodles are heated with water for 4-5 minutes depending upon the brand, this product needs to be heated for 5-6 minutes. After having tried two packages, I would recommend cooking them in the microwave for 6 minutes on high heat.The noodles then need to rest. I kept the lid on the container and rested them for 15 minutes. This was in part for my own safety because these are wide noodles that will retain a lot of heat. If you try to slurp them down after having cooked them, you are liable to burn your lips and tongue.Allowing them to rest with the lid on will help with further help with cooking them.Anyone who has complained about these noodles being slimy, either didn't cook them long enough and/or give them time to rest.The noodles ARE slightly chewy. They're supposed to be because the rice noodles that were used to make this product either came from short or medium grained rice which makes the product slightly glutionous. That's glutionous as in sticky and shouldn not be confused with wheat gluten.The texture is different from Ramen because Ramen noodles are made from wheat. As previously mentioned, this product is made with rice noodles.One of the directions I did not agree with was to drain the water after the noodles were cooked. I cooked mine with broth and did not want to drain the liquid because it was quite flavorful with all of the spice packets and condiments that were added in.

I am working on a ship. Due to the schedule change, I received this package a little late, at first I thought that I lost this package, then my co-worker brought me my noodles! This is very traditional classic Chinese style noodles, come with the cup with a lid, the lid that you can push in a little wholes that can easily to drain the water. Also it has folk! The noodle tastes like real noodles.I would say sorry to this store, before my co-worker found this box for me, I already submitted refund request. I was tried to cancel this refund, but Amazon’s customer service team said the refund cannot be cancelled. This delivery delayed not due to Amazon and this seller, is because my ship schedule. Apologies again to seller.

Item cam perfectly wrapped & shipping time was perfect too. As far as flavor it was not what I was expecting at all. A little spicy yes but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon. I guess I was disappointed in the flavor. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I was expecting.

The product was very bad. The taste was off, and the quality didn’t match what was advertised. I was really expecting something better, but it was a total letdown. I won’t be buying this again.

Sensational. I followed the directions but I did not drain all of the water. I kept 70% of the water and used all of the packets. I let it sit for over 6 mins. The spice is a numbing heat. If you are in a cold place or have been outside then this will wonderful.My first try was just the soup with noodles; however this would be brilliant if one where to add vegetables and shrimp. Honestly, anything added would just take this to the next level. I will do a follow up review. This would be brilliant for camping, long trips where you KNOW you can find a place to plug in an electric kettle or get hot water.For those wondering, the noodles are nice and wide. They have a slight bounce to them. As they are wheat the soup does not get thick from starch. Overall, great blind buy.

When seasoning and stir frying your noodles do not add the sesame paste seasoning peanut taste bag it ruins the noodle flavor. I also add oyster sauce and dark soy sauce and add sugar msg and dash of fish sauce and add more chili oil n spice when I make this and stir fry egg in it and makes a very good tasty pad see ew noodle or lad nah noodle with Chinese broccoli or add spinach even Thai basil too I add more onions and white or portobello mushrooms and slices of fish cake and thin slices of chicken or beef and slices of fish cake and large shrimp with tail on so delicious

Product arrived today and expires in less than three weeks. This is unacceptable, and I had a tough time getting the refund processed on the first attempt! Do not recommend!!
