Hi we had something similar over winter. We gave it a scoosh of WD40 and left it sit for a wee bit and then the lock opened. Hope this helps

I think the “set” button has been activated accidentally, and you’ve used them without noticing this. It’s so easy to do accidentally. I recommend asking the vendor for your money back. We had to take the bolt off our gate to resolve the same problem, which meant we had to replace the bolt.

Q: Can anyone give me the diameter measurement of the rounded hasp. I need to know if it will fit in the metal hole where it will be used.
