Hair growth
I honestly can’t live without this. My hair is amazing since taking these. I’m in the menopause I lost 70 per cent of my hair it was heart breaking. Someone at work recommended these, I’ve been taking these a year and half now and my hair is back thick and shiny. I take one a day. Also it has such an healthy effect on my gut health. Love these so much and taste so yummy too. Anyone in the menopause I would highly recommend. I can’t live without them.

Collagen in a drink
Makes a very refreshing nice tasting drink, I use 1 tablet each time. I have been taking other collagen brands for years but I thought Id give this a go to maintain my collagen use and Ive been using this for a couple of weeks and I feel my skin is looking better and one of my nails that has been peeling has improved, I feel they`re doing me good.

Poor collagen content
Nice taste and good price compared to other retailers - but the collagen content is misleading. The packaging suggests 1000mg per dispersible tablet (but it’s actually for 2 tablets). You can get more for your money elsewhere.
