Great washing machine but expensive
I have had a few washing machines and this one does the job quite well. I have fairly dirty and muddy laundry, but so far the machine has managed to wash it all off. You can adjust the spin, there is an easy iron option, also soak bubble for a fair amount of the programmes, you can delay the wash to do it overnight and save money. The installation is fairly easy (I did it myself and I am not a DIY person) and the controls are self explanatory, the manual is easy to use.So far the only thing I noticed is if you have a heavy load (coats in this case) it will ask you to remove some things before doing the high speed spin cycle (you can add a spin and there is a specific spin programme).Value for money is a slightly different issue - this exact same machine costs 240€ in Europe, hard to justify the price difference with just a different power plug!

Wish I never bought it
The machine does not rinse sufficiently, so everything I wear or my bedding irritates because they are full of soap, I am having to wash with soap and then without soap and then rinse again and there is still soap coming out of the wash, not very eco friendly if I'm having to wash 3 times to get them clean. There does not seem to be enough water in the machine cycle to wash and rinse the clothes properly. And the self clean is rubbish.

Rubbish complete waste of money.
Waste of money. These machines are noisy and not worth anything. Thats why they are so cheap.Engineer being sent. Not sure why. Nothing wrong with machine, its just loud.

my rental appartment has it
I tried bosh, lg, hotpoint ... been renting for a long time, so I tried many brands and was looking forward to try samsung.Besides being disappointed with the washing machine, the whole range of appliances was pretty disappointing to me... but back to this Ecobubble thing:1. the 59 minutes wash is useless, leave alone the wash&dry 59... that's the one I used the most on any other brand2. there's a ton of bugs in the software: want a "synthetics" dry cycle with automated stop? it will wash and not spin instead... want a cotton dry instead and the exact second you start the cycle you remember you forgot something? It will display "HOT" and lock the door for 10 minutes... etc etc!3. In 4 months half of my wardrobe is falling apart... my tshirt's neck are curling, the chest area of my gym tshirts is stained like I never wash them even the moment they come out of an over 2h wash cycle, etc etc4. the drier is the slowest I had so far, which contributes to ruin my clothesI could go on, but honestly: it doesn't wash and it ruins your clothes... what else can a washing machine do wrong?
