I was glad to find the TrueCut rulers on Amazon. Grace just had a giveaway of their rotary cutter. I wanted to try my cutter with some of the rulers so I ordered this one since I am making a quilt with this size block. The cutter will work with any ruler but with the TrueCut rulers it works very well. It makes cutting the fabric easy. It is so important to get everything cut accurately and this ruler is clear and markings are easy to see. These rulers have holes in them so you can hold the fabric and stop slipping and I also got the True Grips to put on the rulers to help prevent slipping. The rulers are not that expensive compared with others. The quality of the ruler is good and I will add more rulers of different sized as I need them.

For someone who is learning to quilt, the Grace Company TrueCut Ruler and Rotary Cutting system made cutting fabric with a rotary blade so much easier. Several friends and I were having a hard time cutting our fabric.with a rotary blade. For me, part of the problem is I have arthritis in my wrists and several fingers. I went to a workshop at a sewing machine dealership and he had this system laid out for us to try. I couldn't believe how much easier it was for me to cut fabric so I bought one ruler and the rotary cutter. I had my friend try it and she felt the exact same way so she bought a set, as well. I liked the system so much that I bought the 61/2 square ruler and one other. Another positive is that after using this system for awhile, I am better able to cut with a regular ruler and rotary cutter. I strongly suspect I will purchase the other rulers from Grace Company that I don't have.

These are great and work with the My Comfort rotary cutter. The lip keeps your cutter in place and is not only safer but keeps you from straying when making a cut. The only negatives I have are the lack of a non-skid backing and limited sizes. I added some grippers on the bottom to remedy the non-skid issue. I would still recommend buying these along with the My Comfort rotary cutter.

This ruler with the truecut rotary cutter are amazingly accurate. It took a while for me to get use to setting the cutter properly but after using a few times it's a more natural movement and I love it.

Using the tru cut cutter and the grace rulers are the best I have ever used will never go back to the other rulers as they don't have a channel you get a accurate cut every time love it
