My teenagers are making good use of these foam rollers. It is awesome that the set comes with so many different rollers! My son is using the smaller roller and the ball to help with his planter fasciitis and my daughter is using the larger roller to help with her upper back. They both feel the rollers are the perfect firmness and report they are easy to use. They are happy to be experiencing pain relief and I'm happy to have only had to purchase one kit.

This is a fantastic set of foam rollers. My 14 year old just started track and needed some rollers but wasn't sure which ones. This set gives a nice range to massage tools to try, and help her stretch sore muscles. The quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend this. We may add to it with specific trigger point tools, but this is exactly what we needed for now.

It’s especially useful after workouts or long days sitting. Most of the pieces work very well and provide good pressure without feeling flimsy. The set is also compact and easy to store, which is a nice bonus. The main drawback—and the reason for four stars—is the roller wheel with the plastic teeth. The teeth are quite hard and can feel uncomfortable, especially on more sensitive areas. It works for very deep pressure, but it’s not something I reach for often compared to the smoother rollers. Overall, this is a good-quality massage set with a lot of functionality for the price. If the toothed roller were softer or better contoured, this would easily be a five-star product.

Oh. My. Goodness! My nerves and muscles have been so sore lately because my back is broken. I went to the chiropractor and learned the importance of stretching and proper nerve function. When I got this, I was skeptical. But when I tried it, I was instantly sold. I’m feeling tons better with the help of these massagers.

Those is a sturdy roller. The nobbies dig deep, too deep if you're not careful. But, it'll get as deep as needed. It has solid, high quality build. Definitely recommend!

Worked well for a few months then the foam roller came completely apart. Even putting it back together it does not hold full weight. Would not recommend

Was exactly what I needed to complete my pre and post workout stretches!
