It slices through my sourdough, baguettes, and sandwich loaves with zero tearing or squishing. The cut accuracy is insane, my slices are actually even now! The knife is sturdy (acacia wood), sharp and works great so far.. it also comes with a blade cover so you don’t cut yourself when it’s in the drawer and you can switch the blade for lefty’s.. Price was great too! Happy with this product.

Such a pretty product! The quality is good and the knife is sharp! Excited to use on my sourdough journey! The handle is a very soft wood. I️ would think I️ should Hand wash only! :) grabbing another as a gift for my mother in law! P

I’m a sourdough baker and this knife is a game changer! It’s nicely waited so it makes it easy to control. The blade is perfect for a crunch sourdough exterior! And if you don’t have drawer space it’s attractive to look at unlike most bread knives! Such a great buy if you make your own bread!

I could cut slightly thinner slices than I could with my current knife. I love the look of the knife when not in use with the rest of my kitchen.It would be difficult for a for a left handed person to use which is the only reason I gave it a 4 star review instead of 5 star.
