A truly useful product
This is a excellent product. Makes fast and ample amount of steam. Unlike some other fancy looking products which only make steam equal to a cup of tea, this product is extremely useful.

Not worthy as advertised
Product is throwing hot water . Raised return request. It is almost 7 days. Without second attempt.. it shows item return not possible due to door lock. Asked to cancel to return new request. Post cancellation. No option is showing. New way to scam. Don't buy this product

Review - within 3 days of use.The steam is very warm and gets hot within 1 mint of plugin.Very easy to use.Many reviews said that the water changed colour in first use -- thankfully nothing happened like that during my first use.I suggest just switch on the machine and allow some steam and change water and then use .before the first actuall steaming...-- there is no on/ off switch in the machine.So everytime the steam is super hot you have to reach for the plug to switch off to take a break.Using Cotton balls with essential oils dint help greatly.
