This shirt has great compression on both the chest and abdomen area. The difference that it makes in the way that you look is incredible. If you have problems with your chest, like man boobs, this shirt will make a huge difference for you. The spare tire or beer belly is greatly diminished while wearing this shirt. This shirt does have some stretch to it, but not a big amount. It is because of the smaller amount of stretch that the shirt is so effective, in my opinion. Be careful when ordering! The sizing is accurate. I wear extra large t-shirts, I always order medium compression shirts. The medium that I ordered this shirt in had to be cut off because it would not come off any other way. That's my own fault, obviously. I ordered this shirt in a size large after I had to cut the medium off of me and it is as close to perfect as I could ever expect to have. This shirt does have a little thickness to it, but it feels great. I can wear this shirt for 15 hours straight and it doesn't bother me at all. I do wash this shirt in my front loading washer and it has never harmed the shirt in any way. Bottom line: if you are looking for an effective compression shirt, you have found it. A lot of compression shirts claim to do things that they just don't do, and it is difficult to find one that actually does what it claims to do. This is a compression shirt that does what it claims to do. It is very good for your self confidence and ego.

This top will have you feeling amazing. I’m 160 pounds and I got a medium. I see that it was made for men because it is long in length. But the size is normal as I am wearing a medium. I normally do wear medium, so I did not have to size down. It fits snug it holds me in the right places I will be using it to work out in because it’s so flattering. The material is stretchy, but yet it is tight to suck you in.

I think it helps my back a little and is thin enough to be worn under shirts without it being noticeable.

The fabric is of great quality; I had previously purchased others that were awful, but this one is incredibly sturdy and significantly reduces belly fat. It was really helpful, and I bought it for my 12-year-old son. He wore it with a shirt so you couldn't know he had it on underneath. I purchased a size L, and it fit me nicely. If you want quality at a reasonable price, I heartily recommend it! Using it for every occasion will have a slimming impact and boost your confidence in your appearance, but it won't help you lose weight.

i wear 3x and the 3x here wouldn't go on from the top or from the ground up! maybe good for someone smaller but definitely don't order 3x if you are a 3x normally!!

I'm 6'3", 270 lbs and ordered a 2XL, which should have been sufficient for my size given the guide and other reviews. Granted, I have very broad shoulders, but the compression section was so tight I needed my wife's help to get it on. Once it was on, it was relatively comfortable, except for the large seam across the stomach, but they're completely impractical for daily wear given how difficult they are to take on and off.
