Used before and after a race, it works great. Ended up running my best in a long time that day.

I’m the type of person who works out daily. A little strength training every day so it really helps to loosen the muscles. I appreciate the stiff nature of the rollers so it really helps break down the tissue so it can rebuild stronger. Easy to take with you and throw into your gym bag.

This is pretty decent. I find the large roller to be a bit hard and large, but im more on the petite side. Regardless, it does the job.

Great set to have for sore muscles and lactic acid build up. The size works well. The bag makes it easy to carry for post-workout people. Pretty firm when rolling onto the form roller and the ball.

These are similar to devices used in physical therapy for deep soft tissue massage but at a budget price. The material is hard enough to work without being overly so. I can even put the ball in my purse or car for on the go pressure relief on a complaining bursa. I've been experimenting using the large cylinder under my mid back and rolling over it to pop things back in place with good results. The carrying case is convenient for storage.

Not a true foam roller, it's very hard and with no give to be able to roll upon

My boyfriend does vigorous labor 50 hours a week and he absolutely loves these products. On his lunch break he comes home to use the big one on his back and he likes to use the ball to roll his foot around on. All of the pieces work well. They are firm and relieve so much pressure.

The big roller cracks my whole spine every time.
