Q: Why do you use symbols not photos? Don't photos work better?

A photo of the toilet at home means the toilet at home. Not the one at school, or the one at the day centre. And what happens if the toilet paper moves position? Using symbols instead of photos means the concept is generalised.

Q: I'm worried about value for money. What makes your visual supports much more durable?

The images are printed directly onto non-toxic plastic, so they can't split like laminated card, and are 100% waterproof. They won't rip or crease like cardstock, yet they are lightweight and semi-flexible for safety. They will last for years.

Q: What size is the board, and how many boards are in the pack?

There is one schedule in the pack - it is 31.5cm x 7cm. The size has been carefully designed following extensive customer consultation to be the perfect size to easily fit beside any toilet, while at the same time remaining easily understandable.

Q: How do I use the schedule?

To use the Toilet Schedule, stick it to the wall (with sticky tack or similar to keep it easy to clean) or keep it loose for portable use. We deliberately don't include fixings to make sure it stays versatile for both permanent and temporary use.

Q: Can this be customised?

Unfortunately not, because the plastic printing process means our boards needs to be printed in bulk. However, other schedules are available for different personal hygiene tasks like washing hands, brushing teeth and getting dressed.

Step by step instructions

Got to help autism child toilet train who's non verbal, Velcro to wall in bathroom so we can pull off so grandson can hold and study and likes to stick back on wall himself

Helping with Toilet Training.

We are on the long road of toilet training my son who has autism, he has memorised this routine and we go through it each time we visit the bathroom. I have stuck it directly on the bathroom wall where he can see it from the seated position.Great for children who need a visual routine.Would have liked to see a "Wee Wee/Poo Poo", "Soap" and "Dry Hands" steps automatically included but I understand you can contact the company and ask if you want. Could also do with slightly bigger images.Recommend.

Very poor quality for the over inflated price!

No way to attach to wall or surface, no instructions as to how to attach to wall, wording too small as are pictures. Not happy at all - useless for an autistic 4 year old
