The double-stack design is very spacious, allowing me to cook more food at once, and the included rack is a thoughtful feature for dividing each basket—perfect for items like fries. I did notice that food on the rack tends to come out slightly crispier than food on the bottom plate, which works well for different textures.Cleaning is straightforward, as the racks and baskets are removable and easy to wash. The Smart Finish feature ensures that both the top and bottom baskets finish cooking at the same time, making it easy to serve multiple types of food together. This feature has resolved the issue of staggered meals I faced with my previous air fryer. While it’s not the smallest appliance, the stacked design saves counter space compared to side-by-side models and fits neatly between the countertop and cabinets. Overall, it’s a well-designed and functional air fryer for families.

I waited years to pull the trigger on a Ninja Duel Air fryer. On the day I decided to pull the trigger I saw the double stack XL and couldn't hit the button fast enough!! simply for the convenience of using up less counterspace which I do not have a lot of and hate clutter. I have used it since day 1 and every day since (3 weeks now) it is so simple to use (and clean) EXTREMELY versatile, I could not be more pleased with my purchase!!! Worth EVERY PENNY!!!! I'm excited to try out all the new things this amazing appliance can do!! If you are on the fence - DO IT!!!!!!!

This was pricey BUT it's a versatile cooker that I've been using multiple times a week. I'm glad I went with the bigger unit with all the bells and whistles even though I live alone. I've been using the air fryer for a month or so and I just started using both baskets.....for example a protein on the bottom and 🌽 corn on the topCorn on the cob came out as the best I've ever had!!! I brushed it with olive oil before cooking and I didn't need to slather it with butter before eating-it was amazingly good!I also used the broil function this week and it was perfect compared to oven broil. I didn't have to guard it every second to make sure it didn't burn up, I set the temp and it did it's thing.I can't wait to play with the other settings like dehydrate and I want to learn how to use the function that matches cooking so both sides come out at the same time.Only complaint is the Cool function. It starts as soon as you push stop and I like my food HOT 🔥 so I have to catch it before it cools my food. I like the Cool feature just not as happy with the way it works

Works great for the family with one exception.The manual contradicts itself in several spots, and the PROBE and MATCH cook functions do not work together regardless of what the manual indicates.Not a deal breaker, though I'd consider a different unit based on the high price point, and keypad organization/usability (no human factors thoughts at all). If those sound manageable, this is a great unit

Ease of use:So simple, very intuitive controls. Really, a plug-and-play appliance with a lot of extra features I wasn't expecting. Apparently you can use this as a dehydrator and I'm looking forward to trying that next.Ease of cleaning:Most of the parts, including the basket, are dishwasher-safe. I don't have a great dishwasher so I handwash, but I have tried it and it all comes apart pretty easily to do so.Cooks well:Everything comes out perfectly crispy and good. The match cook setting also makes it easy to have the whole meal ready at the same time.Capacity:Massive capacity. I can cook 2 meals for myself at once. I usually only have to use one basket and I still have leftovers.

A great air fryer. Easy to use and plenty of room with the 2 drawers. The controls are easy to understand. Just a great overall unit.

We have had this for a few months and love the design as it takes less space on the counter and we can cook multiple items at once. Works well!
