I think these pans are great. I’ve been using them for about 3 weeks & I’m impressed. I seasoned them per the directions & so far, no major issues at all. I’ve used them to sear steaks on high heat with no problems. Works great on my portable induction plate too. I only use olive oil, avocado oil, ghee or butter when cooking. I like the fact that they can withstand oven temps enough to broil without damaging the pans. I don’t use any cooking sprays. I think there was a very slight stick issue cooking eggs once but not enough to complain about. They came out just fine.Chemicals……..I’ve been searching for the right non toxic pans & was very glad to know that there are no toxins in these pans.Storing…….The only thing I can suggest is to be careful if you stack them on top of each other because I’ve noticed a small amount of chipping around the rims of the pans. It’s not too noticeable but I wanted to include it in my review.Utensils…….I only use wood. Although it states that you can use metal, I don’t quite believe it. It is a ceramic coating, which tells me it can scratch if you use the wrong utensils.Cleaning…….These pans wash very well…..I just wipe any excess oils/liquids with a paper towel & wash with dish detergent & water. I don’t use them in the dishwasher. My pans still look new.Overall…….I am satisfied enough to say that I will purchase another set to replace my other fry pans.

Love this pan! It’s truly nonstick and cooks everything evenly. The handle stays cool and it’s super easy to clean. Works on all stovetops, including induction.Bonus points for being PFAS-free and non-toxic!

Very nice ceramic pans but not sure what they mean by nonstick. The large one which I use most isn't nonstick unless I apply a spray. Even after washing with a nonstick pad still have some discoloration. Good quality otherwise and look really nice.

My wife and I have been cooking up a storm with these pans ever since we got them and find them easy to clean (!) with excellent heat distribution. Ergonomically sound and very attractive too, they would also make a great housewarming or wedding gift. While the pans' non-stick design was hyped by the manufacturer, after going through the seasoning process, it actually exceeded my expectations, and I hope it stays like this for a long time. At the moment, I cannot find any fault with these pans (and I sure don't regret throwing my old ones out).

I've had this skillet for about 4 months with very good results. I cook at medium to medium high with no sticking. It seems to be just as good as when I bought it. Heats evenly on an induction stove.I'll buy more as my other pans wear out, including a different brand bought at the same time that is starting to stick.

Pans were quality as described. So far cooked eggs, sautéed and steaks and all came out great. Using less oil as the food does not stick to the pan as my older set did. Clean up is easy. …no scrubbing. Good value.

I love these pans. I bought it three time. I removed one star bc they quickly loose their non sticky surface if you overheat them or put them into dishwasher.
