47 oz Sourdough Starter Jar Kit

This was a great container for sourdough! It had straight sides making it easy to scrape with the spatula that came with it. This spatula was much easy to use than a regular spatula as you could scrape side to side and up and down more easily. It came with multiple temperature strips in case you need to switch it out, but I'm still on my first temperature strip and it is working well still. The canvas tops are easy to stretch and put on and the container is big enough to hold the dough as it expands and grows. I really like this entire set!

Perfect for my sourdough starter. The mouth of the jar is super wide which makes it super easy for mixing, cleaning and scrapping. More functional than any other just I have used for my starter. The elastic band with timestamps makes it easy to track feedings.

These sourdough tools have made baking so much easier and more enjoyable! The banneton basket gives the dough a nice shape and texture, and the lame slices cleanly for a beautiful rise. The dough scraper is super handy too—great for mixing and cleaning up. Everything feels sturdy and well-made. A must-have set for any sourdough baker, beginner or experienced!

I bought these as gifts for friends. A step up from the glass canning jar that I have mine in. Only down side that I could see is that it might need to be hand washed? I'm not certain the labeling on the outside of the jar is dishwasher friendly. LOVE the fabric jar toppers!!!

Perfect size and I love the wide opening which makes it easy for adding ingredients and stirring.

Before this, I was just using a large mason jar. Not only is this a good size jar, but the band really helps so I can see how much it’s doubled and the covers are cool to have. Can’t forget to mention the spatula thing! Super awesome totally worth it!
