Super quick setup to get to printing. Print quality was nice, no complaints.

As a tech savvy human, I felt pretty low about this one.Terrible machine for set up, and use.Options are in Asian language in the print menu. Ridiculous to sell in primarily English market and not provide English options.There are not manuals. You have to watch YouTube videos that are super sonic speed.Description here states it can do small labels— it cannot. It never worked on a 2x3. It’s not even an option in the print menu. (For the two that are in English read numbers! Since I don’t read the language it’s printed in, I couldn’t say if they have numbers or not.)I tried to make custom size label per tech support website, and it did not work.Rarely it connected to Bluetooth but kept losing connectivity.Fine if all you want to print is 4x6 shipping labels from a photo only from laptop.The iOS phone app did not work. Says you can print circles, but it never aligned, no matter how many times I reset the printer, performed alignments, etc.After five hours and 3 rolls of labels wasted, I gave up.The only thing it printed was the shipping label to send it back!! I’m over it!

I like it but sometimes it acts like it doesn’t want to turn on and I have to mess with it for a minute to get it to turn on. The first print almost always comes out slightly messed up and patchy so I usually have to do a reprint. Wastes some of my labels doing reprints. It’s a nice machine it just seems like it has some kinks that need to be worked out.
