No problems with the seller or the product.
Good product, have used it many times to touch up around beige shower tiles in the master bath. Local hardware stores stopped carrying it, glad to find it on Amazon.

IT IS OFF WHITE
My walls are painted “pure white”. This IS off white / biscuit - it’s hard to show the difference in my pic. Everyone in the comments said it’s white, it’s not white. It becomes darker once it dries. There’s enough product for about 30 ft

Not really biscuit color much lighter
I ordered this to caulk around Kohler biscuit color bath sink. The cap color for the product was close-ish to the sink but lighter by a few shades but there was no guaranty that this would be a close match so decided to use as "good enough". Unfortunately the color of the caulk even after drying is much lighter than the cap so is really just barely off-white. Not going to strip it out and replace but be forewarned this caulk is not even close to Biscuit IMO. There really isn't any way to know w/o cutting open the tube and squeezing a sample out to test so pretty much have to commit before seeing. Still giving 3 stars as the caulk cured well and the finished quality is fine, just not the color I expected.
