I'm a 5'3" 100 lb single mom so you probably wouldnt expect me to whip this bad boy out of a super kawaii clutch, but this phone IS MY FAVORITE OF ALL TIME. I never want any other brand. I change brake pads, fix busted central air, scrub toilets, I work from home in a technical job, always lose my charger, AND I sometimes fall asleep holding my phone in the bath. So my phone has to sustain rough handling(also have been known to launch my phone at the ground in frustration), long periods of time between charges, keep up with ADD multitasking and important calls, and all kinds of dirty work and spills. Its also the most user-friendly phone I've ever had and it has so many fun features my daughter and I really get a kick out of. The speaker is great too. Can't really think of a downside. I want to collect them all!

It is a substantial physical piece. I don't think I'll try driving a nail with it like the ad, but may defend myself with it should need arise. Despite the negative reviews. I'm not having any real issues with it. It's fast, android 14 is awesome. Up from 12. Not 5 g. Which was in the description. But 4lte works fine. And from what I read it will be around for at least 5 more years. The video/gaming is still 4g. And will be for some time. I haven't gotten it wet yet but have dropped it a couple of times. I found the phone itself to be a little slippery. But after putting it in a case which is a little sticky not a problem. Might also have been the weight. I'm not really noticing a big difference in battery life however. Ram yes. Storage yes. And of course price yes. Now I did ask okitel a question. Crickets. So I'm glad I got the insurance. But overall very happy.

A versatile and unique device. I have an eSIM now, so I don’t use it as much. There are some latency discrepancies that bother me and not keeping up with mobile gaming. However, this phone is as advertised. A durable and strong device that, when held, feels like it could definitely be used for self defense. That’s probably what the manufacturers don’t want to hear, but imagine being able to not think twice about reaching for a way to defend yourself.

Great phone rugged battery life is amazing and is compatible with straight talk with the purchase of straight talks T-Mobile sim card. If you're looking for a slim light phone this is not for you. If you want durability this is what you need!!!!

I actually like this phone quite a bit. It's got an awesome battery that lasts me 2-3 days without charging. It's pretty quick for having Android 14 and a slower processor. It's not perfect, but I have no complaints for how much I paid. Excellent phone!

Bought this phone for my pre-teen son, and I’m genuinely impressed. Despite his rough handling, the phone is holding up incredibly well—it’s clearly built to last.The battery life is solid too, lasting almost two full days even with heavy gaming. No lag, no overheating, and everything runs smoothly.It is on the heavier side, but that’s expected with a rugged phone. Definitely a great choice for kids or anyone who needs a tough device.

Phone just isn't worth it outside of the battery life & sadly the quality control for this company is questionable. Bad screen, slow processor & atrocious cameras. My battery only had a single charge that matched specs but would then randomly started fully discharging battery in minutes.

This phone is ridiculously heavy first of all.I opened it but didn't use it for 2 weeks as I was switching carriers and waiting on a new simcard in the mail.When I finally really looked at it while activating the new service I noticed weird super bright spot in the bottom corner. It was about the size of a pea. Much brighter there than the rest of the phone. I wasn't sure what to make of it.3 days into using the phone I was in my kitchen looking through the mail. I bent over to pick up a piece I dropped on the floor and the phone fell out of my pocket.It hit the floor on the corner where the weird bright spot was and fell on its back. The screen never touched the floor and yet it shattered. Insane.Decibel a defect in the glass on the screen. I scheduled the return of the phone but needed to continue using until I could get over to the UPS store because I was sick. The damage to the phone from very light use as I spent the time resting or just watching videos on it while not feeling well, got increasingly worse and worse. I live alone. My children are grown and there were no factors for this to have happened.My previous phone was a Galaxy S10 which I had for over a year and went through far more hardship when I was still working than this "rugged" phone with nary a scratch.There was definitely something defective with the screen for it to have broken the way it did. Perhaps an air bubble in the glass combined with the excessive weight of the device.I can only speculate.I was finally feeling well enough to drop it off this evening.I'm giving it three stars because the functionality, speed and storage were fine.I will update my review later to include Amazon's handling of my refund.
