Ingredients Reconstituted Skimmed MILK, Water, Sugar, Palm Oil, Whey Powder (MILK), Glucose Syrup, Flavourings (contains MILK), Coconut Oil, Stabilisers (E412, E451,E407), Salt, Emulsifier (E471) Directions Mix 1000ml of cold water with the contents of the pack. Stir until smooth. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Serve at -18°C. Store in a freezer at -18°C. Tasty, 'Whippy' flavoured vanilla ice cream on it's own, but I usually mix half a carton with an equal volume of fresh fruit for really flavoursome, soft gelato style dessert ice. Excellent product highly recommended. Easy to use, no messing with eggs and cream etc. just pour straight into the machine. If you combine the mixture with fruit you may find that it sets very firm in the freezer and needs to be stood out and room temperature for five minutes before serving. Put into ice cream machine and got soft ice cream, put left over into freezer and got a brick.

Great for making Mr Whippy style ice cream tastes delicious.
Bought this to make me Whippy style ice cream. Goes a long way. I use in my ice cream maker which has the freeze facility so from fridge to eating it’s about 45 minutes approx. For a soft ice cream. Tastes lovely.
