At first we were excited because this is our first alienware. But the unit that was delivered to us had an issue with the dedicated graphics card. It worked at set-up. but when we started using it for gaming the video quality was not what we expected. We thought it had something to do with any updates, but after updating it totally didn't work at all.Now we have to wait 1 to 2 weeks for a refund.

Great value for a powerful unit
I was unsure about buying this over a bigger rig that would allow for easier upgrades, but so far the performance has been excellent, I can run Crysis 3 in very high, The Division in Ultra and Far Cry 4 in Very High (it runs in Ultra at about 40fps) The unit is not much bigger than my xbox. It also runs almost silent.
