This device has absolutely saved my golf game. I can normally play golf 2-3 times per week, now in my 60s, but this year have been either unable to play at that frequency or have suffered through the inflammation it’s causing me in my back and achilles. However, after using this device consistently for the past month, the aches, pains and inflammation in my back and achilles are hardly noticeable. I bought this device to support healing from surgery as well as to take advantage of the many benefits of red light therapy. And this has not disappointed. Over the last month I have noticed healing around the incisions from my surgery and what I hope to be very minimal scarring. However, applying the Move+ for multiple 10-15 minutes sessions a day has noticeably sped up the healing process and my bruising has been very minimal and short-lived. I also started using it on sore spots on my body and around neck/throat to support thyroid function and seems to be very diverse in its effect. Compared to the large RLT devices that can cost you thousands of dollars with what feels like a shotgun effect, the Move+ is affordable, precision therapy that you are not going to find elsewhere. It is very easy to use, I was surprised at how the battery lasted a while and am able to use it comfortable while I work, relax, even move around if I need to. Instead of standing or sitting in front of a panel, this fits perfectly for my life on the go. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Move+, extender strap, and trigger point massager. All have been amazing and have given me noticeable improvement in everything from relieving everyday muscle aches/pains to helping with old nagging joint aches and injuries. The three units give ultimate flexibility and adjustability to target any area of the body. They are extremely comfortable and easy to use, and offer great value compared to other red light therapy options.

While this seemed promising in the first few days it turned out it no impact on my patella tendon issues. I use this according to instructions for almost 30 days and after a careful evaluation decided that the little benefit that I thought may have come from this device actually came from physical therapy. So I returned it with no issue so at least they honor their 30 day money back guarantee. The really need to do something with the strap it is a pain to adjust and keeps slipping. If the device had provided relief I would have made my own strap.

I bought this product due to an inflamed knee and broken ribs. Studies show most benefits occur at the wavelengths of 600 to 700 nm for red and 780 to 1100 nm for near-infrared light for tissue regeneration, improved circulation, ATP production, and decreasing inflammation. This product's red light wavelengths are 660nm (deep red) and 808nm (infrared), so this is in line with the medically effective wavelengths. What I can tell so far: If I use it a bit longer (around 30 min) on my ribs, pain/sensitivity is dramatically reduced. This could be a sign of reduced inflammation. Subjectively speaking, I do feel like the daily sessions are helping to accelerate healing in my ribs. I'm not sure it helps with bone regeneration (osteoblast production etc.) but science does show increased blood flow, lower inflammation, and better joint, muscle, and cartilage regeneration. I could imagine you need to have a lower body fat percentage in order to effectively target and reach deep tissue like ribs and intercostal structures so as long as your body fat percentage is lower than 20–30 %, I think you shouldn't have any issues (this is my bro-science-based opinion). On joints like shoulders, hips, knees, ankles, elbows, and wrists, this should never be a problem, as fat doesn't accumulate here very well. When using it on my knee, I feel like pain and inflammation are reduced as well. So far, I can strongly recommend this device and I will contiue to use it for any other sports-related injuries.

It works well for muscle spasms, I have fibromyalgia, and rarely anything works. However the vibration is enough for on and off. No need for a beep. And it’s very loud and jarring when I’m trying to relax from the pain and then BEEP. Wtf. If it can be turned off please tell me how.

It’s been three months since I had a bone contusion injury on the plateau where the tibia meets the knee and I’ve been barely able to walk or do any activity that I’m normally used to being able to do. I’m was mostly walking with a cane and in the last 2 1/2 weeks of using this product every day I have seen a noticeable difference in my pain and I’ve been able to walk over a mile every day for the last week with no cane. Not much else has changed other than time passing so I’m thinking it is definitely having a good effect on helping my bone bruise heal. I also use it on my face and I’ve noticed my skin is better looking and not as dull as usual. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because I’ve only had it a few weeks, but we’ll see if it stands the test of my trip where I’ll be walking a lot soon.

I had a knee problem for over a year with it bothering me daily, and at night during sleep even. I was in denial about it of course, and tried a compression wrap during exercise. Didn't do much. My knee also felt weak and made noises. I kept putting of going to an ortho guy because I really did not want to hear what he would say - most likely surgery. So I tried this. I am amazed! After just about a month of twice daily, my issue is completely gone! And my knee seems a lot tighter now as well, no sloppiness or noises when walking. Have been using move plus for about two weeks now had a cervical redakcii issue and disk the generator disease. My pain has gone down massively and my physiotherapist told me that the muscles seem more relaxed and there is a lot of relief on the neck. Love this device will continue to use it. Just a little bit sad that they are coming out with a new band type now, and I purchased the old one. I wish I could get the new band type somehow because they’re just releasing it on Indigogo very soon.
