Lines & Dots: New Kind of Coloring with One Color to Use for Adults Relaxation & Stress Relief: 1 (One Color Relaxation)

I love colouring books with a difference and this was a really good one as it doesn’t take forever to finish a picture. The instructions recommend using dark colours buy I thought I’d experiment with the Pikachu picture and it’s coming along really well. I’ve been using gel pens but you could use a pencil. Examples of how the pictures look when finished are on the back of the book so if you want to mix it up and use multiple colours you can use the back to help you.You need to put a piece of paper underneath the picture you are colouring as the black backing comes off on the picture on the other side when you press down.Each picture is on a separate page so you can cut them out and frame them if you want.Hope you found my review helpful.

Brilliant my Wife loves it would give 20 stars if I could please let me know if there are more in the pipeline Thanks. My Wife seems to think this will be a craze soon it is so relaxing and easy to do with great detailed pictures you have to produce more

Received this book today and have already done the first design. Just looking through the book beforehand, I was impressed with the layout and detail on each page. If you like a colouring challenge, this is a must buy.

If you have tried doing any of the spiro books then this is very similar.

saw this book when I was looking for adult colouring books, something different, can get a bit tedious as takes a while to fill in the dots/stripes, and some finished pics are more obvious than others, probably won't buy any more like this, I'm now trying adult colour by numbers, much more fun and relaxing for me

Loved that the images came out so clearly. The lines were easy and not too thin to color. I love doing the dots the best. Sunlife makes great books!!

Buen libro para aliviar el estrés sin tener que buscar tantos colores

Um desafio gigante para a vista, (não aconselho pra quem tem labirintite) mas um bom passatempo. Pena que dá pra ver o desenho com bolinhas, mas ao mesmo tempo é legal pq dá pra colorir. O papel tem o verso preto que evita manchar a próxima página. Desenhos bem feitos.

It’s a great book. I’ve bought four other ones by Sunlife Drawing and none of them have failed to disappoint me. I have severe obsessive compulsive disorder and I tend to rewrite notes obsessively. I’ll rip out pages of notebooks and rewrite them over and over and over again and I’m never satisfied by my own writing. It is really hard to feel good about something I’ve used my pen for. This book is great because I use my pilot G2 pen to color everything in and it literally clears my head knowing that what I’m doing is already perfect and I won’t have to tear pages out to start all over again. The books aren’t for everyone, but they are very mindless and it keeps you busy without thinking.
