The product works great. But what really made me take a step back was the really fantastic service I received when I was setting it up. I made a couple of rookie errors, including typing my email incorrectly, but they called me and fixed the whole thing up - twice. Great job.

Can use to replenish. Regularly eleven bucks cheaper than purchasing 50 units online directly from BlueCosmo. Of course, if you can't wait, sixty dollars gets your 50 units immediately. As of this writing, minutes roll over only if you buy before the old minutes expire.

I purchased a 500 minute plan for several years in a row. When I paid early they let me know that I would have gotten no credit for the unexpired time. So, if a new yearly cycle would have commenced a few days after my actual payment they ignored that and reset the clock from then. When I paid within the 365 days from the last payment they cancelled all of my accumulated minutes 2,500 (if I remember correctly) and said that I had paid late.The fact that they decreased the number of minutes given for the same amount of money was bad enough.I spoke to their customer service twice about this and was never treated fairly.Actually, even a one star rating is too much for this absymal service.

Very fast activation and the call quality is good. These are the best deal in sat phones. No sense in getting a contract and monthly payments if you only use the phone during hunting season. Thanks for the excellent service!!
