Perfect for my excerses
I got the slide sheet to help with my exercises after my full knee replacement. I would not be without my slide sheet. It washes well and I found it really useful.

The key to a relaxed night's sleep!
Love this. No more bouncing around, lifting myself up and shuffling so I can turn over but stay in the same position on the bed. My nights are much less disturbed and more relaxed and the sheets now stay in place instead of being pulled up at the corner.

Excellent for pregnant women with hip and pelvic pain
Excellent when suffering from pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy. They do produce special maternity slide sheets which are colourful (e.g. Hooglii or Snoozle slide sheeet) and more expensive but this one works exactly the same. Sleep quality as improved by 1000%!
