what I expected

Dermatologist recommended this vitamin for me to take for my skin health. With any vitamin or supplement it will literally take anywhere from 2 to 3 months before you start to see the benefits, I wasn’t too gung ho on the other ingredients that were added so I’ll probably look for a better quality of Niacinamide, that doesn’t have OTHER INGREDIENTS ADDED. I do, however, like that I only need to take one capsule per day.

Awful big pillsUpon researching B3 decided I should start out with lower dose but since had already ordered this thought could cut in half’s or quarters. But since is capsule consists of lose little tiny balls inside the capsule, afraid might get dose wrong. Will order smaller 5/10 size to try out.
