Fantastic magnet. Very strong. It can hold this 10 pound weight without breakin' a sweat. At an angle and sideways. It's actually quite difficult to get it back off. So, it could easily hold a lot more. Security tags? Not an issue. The eye bolt comes off, making it easy to place in your pocket. It's about the size of a half dollar and thick as an iphone 4. Seems durable. I don't perceive any problems with it getting damaged.

Super strong magnet, but not so strong that I can't unstick things that have accidentally magnetized to it.

Bought magnet to pickup nails (pull up from the ashes) from a burn pile, works great. Don't put it on a flat surface or you'll probably not get it back off. I upgraded the carabiners the ones in the kit look and feel cheap

Bought this for a 9 year old to have some fun. He loves it! The magnet could be a little stronger, but for him it’s perfectly fine. He went around the house picking stuff up for an hour😂 I’d say for this purpose it’s a great value, but don’t expect to pull too much weight out of the water. The kit itself is really nice. I do recommend having a carrying case instead of a bag as the case keeps everything more organized and neat. He’s had a lot of fun with it, and it’s small enough that it’s not hard for him to throw or pull in. Functions great for him, and the strength is, again, perfect for this purpose

Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. I would definitely buy this again. Please see below for my experience.This is for the Find Mag 600 pound single side fishing magnet.The Pros:Magnet is very strong. I pulled up a crab ring as shown in pic off the side of a crab dock. PIc shows crab ring being held up by the magnet after i got home. As a bonus, there is a little booster seat in the net.Rope seems to be of good quality and has carabiners at both ends of the rope. I only used for about an hour and the carabiners never came loose.This also comes with gloves. They are great to keep your hand from getting hurt from pulling the rope again and again. However, as others have said they are not waterproof. But they are great for gripping the rope.My Concerns:My only issue i had with this is the thread lock that came with it. I applied the thread lock to the threads of the bolt before fastening into the eyelit. AFter 8-12 hours i checked a spot of thread lock that was on some threads sticking out and it was still really wet. It is possible It was too thick or i didn't mix the thread lock well enough in the tube before i used it. Either way, I used some gorilla glue as shown in pic #3 to fasten it more securely.Addition Notes:1. I stuck this on a 1/8" plate of iron or steel and i had a very hard time getting it off. many reviews gave it a bad rating because they tried sticking it against a fridge or tried to pick up various items and said it either won't pick it up or was very weak. For me, it depended on what type of material i was trying to pick up. I had some screwdrivers that the magnet picked up strongly while it barely picked up some wrenches. From what i have read it all depends on the type of metal you are trying to pick up as well as the condition, thickness, etc.2. I would recommend mixing up the thread lock really good in the tube and also having a slight layer on the threads sticking out so you can check to make sure they set and ain't gooey. Otherwise you will need to use a different thread lock.3. I bought this knowing it wouldn't be good for dragging. This is meant for bobbing up and down. Some people have had luck picking up items from dragging but it isn't ideal.4. After using, clean with fresh water and dry. Others have claimed it rusted but mine did not.After a few more usages, i will update this review if there are any issues.Happy hunting everyone!

Very strong magnet. Great for magnet fishing. Does not gome with rope.

750 pound force? No. I can easily separate it from anything it latches onto with 50 pounds of force at most. Also, the eyelet is made of non-ferous material so I doubt it's capable of holding anywhere near 750 pounds either.
