Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3-6-9 with D 1000 mg, 60 Soft Gels

I've had these for awhile now, been taking them for about 3 months with the b complex (make sure to drink plenty of water) and D3 -5,000 specifically for increased energy and joint pain. I can say I notice a difference when I stop taking them for about 3 days (I hate taking pills). Though I take them consistently I get about 6 hours of energy/not as sad (for me at least as I am vit d deficient) and less pain in my joints, especially my wrist. I have taken the Vit D3 of this brand for about a year now and really like it. Will continue to take until otherwise, has simple ingredients and the after taste is fine enough as long as you like oranges or lemons.

I have been using Nordic Naturals for several years now on and off, but keep on coming back to this one. This Nordic Naturals brand seems to be of better quality, and from wild caught fish. Many brands out there are artificially made or come from farmed ( druged ) fish just to get the omega. This version has all 3 three omegas 3, 6, and 9, with GLA and added vitamin D3 which is most potent. As with all vitamins, it is hit and miss, depending on the individual or health of the person taking it. I found these vitamins to be the better of the brands out there, and satisfied with the product. They are a bit big, but easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Amazon and Nordic both offer refunds if you are not satisfied.

I bought the pill because of the research and reviews that this supplement helps to improve hormonal imbalances, I have been drinking it for a month and I am waiting to finish it to repeat the tests. And the best thing is that the pills don't taste fishy 🤣. Wish me luck!

One of the reasons I struggled with taking omega supplements is the awful fishy aftertaste. This product totally solves that issue, the aftertaste (which usually I don’t notice) is just lemony. Just a warning though like most omega supplements they are LARGE pills and that may be an issue for some.
