Great crock pot
Great crock pot. Fantastic size. I assumed that since I purchased it in India that it would be a 220v appliance. It was 110! I have to use it with a converter, which is inconvenient, but works.

Don't buy in India!!
This product should NOT be used in India. The 1st one arrived damaged and did not work at all. Amazon promptly replaced it. It took me a while to get time to use it again, but when I did make a nice soup--I set it on low temp so I could cook for several hours. It worked for about 4 hours and then the heating unit went out. It has never worked again. I still have my original box and packing it came in and would like to return it for a credit.

Crock pot handles melted
First time we are using crock pot slow cooker today. We started preparing soup at 11:30 and at the time of 11:50 both side crock pot handles are melted could you please replace this item

Most annoying was the fact that it was rated 120volts
Very cheap and very flimsy thin aluminium crockpot. Was damaged when i received it. Most annoying was the fact that it was rated 120volts, not usable in India. The product details did not mention this at all. Returned it immediatey.

It's already open and used
This is not a new product..It's already open .Please don't cheat .This cooker is worked in 110v.60hz but indian current 220v 50hz this product is not suitable for india. Sellers pls describe product full detail.im very disappointing.
