Really great yard tool, wish I owned it sooner
Shipping was easy. It arrived much earlier than expected. I think it took something like 3 days when I got a call to arrange delivery. They arrived on the prearranged date and dropped the crate off with no issues. The crate itself was a bit of a bear to open. It uses those aluminum tab things that work well when they work, but require a good crowbar when they don't. I was surprised the unit did not arrive assembled, since the box was about the same size as the assembled unit. And the top of the dumper got damaged (paint scraped) in shipping. I may re-paint it in the future, but...well, it's a dirty yard tool. How perfect does it need to look? Definitely takes 2 people to put together. It wasn't difficult but it was a bit awkward at times. There are some custom welded connection pieces that get this thing together very securely and it's difficult to get it wrong. Assembly instructions are decent enough. After that, using the thing is a breeze. The controls are very clear and easy to use. It has 3 speeds but I usually just use the slowest speed because the wheels can lose traction if they go too fast, depending on the surface. It is also AMAZING that the thumb switch also controls the speed, so you can easily go between the set speed to very very slow. And the castor type wheels make turning if not easy, as easy as reasonably possible given the size of this truck. I filled it completely with heavy wet mucky rubble, probably weighed a ton, and this thing didn't bat an eye. I could never have pushed this much weight up a hill, but it was great with this guy. Downsides? Well, I don't love the deadman switch that forces you to use 2 hands to get it moving, but this can be easily defeated with tie wraps. And the dumper release hook takes a good bit of hand strength. Not sure if the hydraulic version requires this or not. But they included a latch so you can easily disable the hook entirely. And the shocks on the dumper seem to make the hydraulic version unnecessary, as it's super easy to empty once released. The instruction manual is about what you would expect for a Chinese unit. It's fine but not great. For example, it took me a while to find the charging port. And what does the battery on/off/out and key on/off do and when should these be used? I just turn them all to off after use, but not sure this is correct. Also the battery lasts a LOOOONG time. Even after heavy use, I think the lowest I've seen it get is about 75%. On the whole this is a great yard tool and could be used for anything from gravel to lumber to dirt to pavers...

Great unit, powerful, BIG batteries. Expect problems with switches and difficulty reaching support.
Update: Changed to 4 stars. Support was great after they responded days later. Knew exactly what the issue was (faulty switch) and sent new ones out, no charge. The unit is powerful and battery performs beyond expectations. It's getting a ton of use. Support needs to be more responsive, especially if shipping units with faulty switches. Original Review: This review will change to 1 STAR or 4 STARS based on whether their support team actually responds to my calls, emails, or texts, which to date has been NIL. I have 24 hours of patience left. Just assembled and can see the promise, however, the hyrdaulic system is not pressurizing making the purchase useless. The instruction manual included with the product has nothing on the hydraulic system other than maintenance requirements. Useless! Pressing the button to tip the hopper forward (or either direction) makes noise from the HPU, but the hopper remains in its seated position. A red lights begins to blink underneath the control panel 3 pulses, pause, 3 pulses. On other machines that means no hydraulic pressure. But of course their manual has no way to decode what the red lights mean.

Electric power wheelbarrow
Been a gas motorized guy but got this electric powered wheelbarrow and it’s been performing above expectation, it’s very easy to operate and well designed. It’s worth the investment for trial that has convinced me future replacements. I will definitely buy again

Faulty Equipment
This equipment malfunctioned on my second use. I had to place it in the shop. The belt and hand gears was loose making it hard to turn. MechMaxx refused to replace the faulty equipment. Buyer be aware.

500 pounds of solid cart (assembly required!)
I just finished assembling the cart from the crate. This was a direct order from the manufacturer, not through Amazon, but you will likely have the same experience. This was a curbside delivery and I had to use my tractor to get it down the drive. If you have a smooth blacktop drive then maybe the shipper can bring it all the way to your house with their pallet jack. The pallet was pretty beaten up, so I was a little concerned, but it turns out the contents were fine. This is a heavy shipment (500 pounds), so be prepared for that. This is not something that you can easily move with one or two people unless you have equipment. The crate sides are secured with little metal folding tabs. You will likely need a hammer and screwdriver. (I used a broad chisel) to get it open. After that, the instructions are fairly sparse. It will definitely be easier with a second person, although I did it on my own. One place that I used mechanical assistance was lifting the back of the cart so I could get the rear wheels on. I used a small bottle jack for that. I also used several pieces of 2 x 4 and 4 x 4. The lug nuts on the wheels are standard vehicle lug nuts. There is no easy way to stop the tires rotating as you loosen or tighten, so it would be easier with an impact wrench on a low setting. The handlebar “tape“ is fairly sloppy. It looks like this may need to be replaced at some point, as it is already coming off, but it is a cheap item. The long bolt securing the dumper to the frame needs some persuasion (with a hammer) to get through the channel in the frame. Just be careful that you don’t damage the threads, or you will have a tough time getting the nut on afterwards. Also, that is a large nut, I used a larger adjustable wrench. I did not have a socket that big. I bought the cart with the hydraulic dump. While assembling, I noticed that the grease zerk was on the wrong side. I needed to use the pin that secures the cylinder to the dumper to rotate it around, so that the zerk is facing down for access. The battery does come with some charge. Mine showed 81% to start and then within 20 minutes was down to about 60%, but it is enough to move it around and plug it into the charger. Compared to the cart, the charger looks pretty cheap. I expect that I will be replacing it in the near future if it shows signs of heating up too much. This was probably about a 2 to 3 hour exercise on my own with tools close at hand. Your mileage may vary. Overall, it looks solid. I will update this review after a few uses. Now for the next exercise. Nothing has been greased that I can tell. This needs to happen before I do anything other than play with it. Good luck with your assembly!
