I've looked at this type ladder for years but thought them too good to be true. This 10 ft is fabulous and easy to extend to full height. Haven't used it as an Ext Ladder but know it will work. I needed it to reach our 12 ft ceilings and this ladder solves that problem - safely! Very light weight (so much lighter than my 8 ft step ladder!) Highly recommend.

The tool tray was broken when I opened the box (clasp used to attached it to the ladder was snapped in half). I have tried contacting the company many times (using Amazon, going to the HB Tower website and using the contact button, using the email on the warranty registration that came in the box, and using the email address on the website). Its been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Received the ladder and began to assemble. Looks and feels sturdy. Assembly was pretty easy. While assembling, I did notice the bottom step had a dent in it, but I don’t think it compromises the structural integrity of the ladder. Unfortunate, cosmetically but everything else seems great. Looking forward to using it!

There is no way this offers a 20 ft reach. I am 230 lbs and the ladder bows and feels like it will give out at the fold Joint at full extension. The ladder also will not lock in the folded position when trying to store it.
