I’m 44 a master runner for USATF had raced in WMC (world masters championship) last month. I had this late February and take 2 daily did realize my heart rate drop about 20-30 lower than I was when run on an easy run. I had WMC 10k ran 36:40 at only 138HR then 2 weeks later April 12 I ran 17:15 5k at only 137HR that’s 5:33 avg per mile. This definitely huge difference with or without! Low heart rate mean you have plenty of energy in race/long run/easy run that’s when I learned if I want try reach 150 HR it would be 16:00 5k I’m working on it!

Been fatigued since a positive Flu test in November. Energy was so low I became concerned in January. Went to md and all looked normal. Started this in February taking 6 pills a day. My energy went from 2/10 to 8/10 first day!!! At regular dosage now which is 2 pills a day. I feel back to normal now. No fatigue throughout the day and sleep very well! Product does not make me jittery or give me heart palps. Natural clean ingredients! Bought again!

I was impressed how well this worked for the first four days, then I couldn't feel anything. When I quit taking them the next day, I felt even more tired, and had no energy at all. Maybe they're not meant to be taken every day. If they're not then they won't do me much good. I feel like they are too expensive, even though I bought them on sale. I was so impressed at first, I ordered more, and ordered some of their other products. Now I wished I hadn't.

I noticed increased energy and motivation after my very first dose! I’d say it works better than ANY artificial stimulant out there. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone suffering with anxiety/panic attacks. Just because it makes you excited and if you don’t possess effective grounding techniques, that excitement will definitely lead attacks.
