Connection issues
The sensors won’t stay connected to the bridge. I unplugged my router and the app still says the bridge is connected. Had to reset everything before I could add more sensors, kept saying sensor wasn’t connected to the bridge yet as it was blinking green. Customer support is clueless. Bad bad bad product.

Decent Product but poor customer service
Product is decent, Been a user since the Gen 1 sensor and recently upgraded to Gen 3. Much better battery life and fuctionaility but customer service on the product is poor and delays in correcting issues. Company needs to get it together if they plan to keep their customers in a very dynamic space such as home automation

No motion sensor.
Very nice build and easy to use. 5 stars I will give for the unit with motion sensor, would be nice to have it integrated to the base unit.

Got this as a pilot program from my Insurance company and I love it! I can monitor door movements temperature. I had a previous issue with my A/C coil backing up and ruining my ceiling with water damage. I can now relax and know if I have any more issues with that.
