Collagen is a natural skeletal protein that is the most abundant protein found in the body, representing around 6 % of the total body mass. Great tablets
I bought collagen tablets following hair breakage and they helped restaure my hair . It is growing slowly but nicely. I recommend these protocol collagen tablets.

Not to sure about these really, my husband said to me why do you keep wasting money on these products they are not good for you, I suppose he is right???

I have only been using these capsules for a week so cannot really comment to any skin changes, they are easy to swallow and the product arrived quickly

Very good substitute for the expensive Purelogicol brand.
Not the cheapest but it does seem to work. Not as well as the Purelogicol brand but then again at almost £50/bottle the latest is a bit of a stretch in the pocket which in turn produces wrinkles in the face. So I was pleasantly surprised when finding the Proto-Col brand. It works for my skin.
