My son has had one of these for a year or so and recommended to me. He set it up for me but looked pretty easy. It’s lightweight but sturdy. I haven’t had it that long but does its job.

I purchased the HP Elite X2 G4 three years ago and never had an issue with it. I absolutely loved it because of the laptop to tablet feature which is why I originally purchased it. The only reason I purchased this upgrade was because someone damaged my old one and it recently crashed. Repairing it would have costed the same as a new one therefore I opted to just get the upgrade since I found no faults in the old one and didn't want any other laptop. This laptop meets the description provided and exceeds all the expectations that I had based on using the old one. This product is one of a kind and is super convenient with its size being able to fit in a reasonably small backpack and small space, particularly with the detachable keyboard transforming it as tablet. Anyone whose seen me using it has been very impressed by its sleek look and convenient style. This is the only laptop/tablet that I ever want to use for the rest of my life.

Laptop is great 5/5 stars I love it for work and college. Seller is terrible 0/5 stars if it was possible. Missing pen and the usb hub. No reply

I absolutely love my laptop! I was conflicted with ordering a laptop directly from the HP website than I found this one on Amazon and decided to go with it. It’s light to carry, flipping it into a tablet is excellent. I’m actually way more productive with it. I came with a stylus pen that was easy to use and set up. A 10 out of 10, I highly recommend.

This is such a sweet little travel buddy. Needed a little touch tablet with drawing pen (not a spongy smudge), plus keyboard, with a Windows OS for keeping my graphic/art stuff going when I'm away from home. Kept trying the Surface Pro, but those things glitch out quickly and are expensive to continuously repair. Do keep in mind these little power houses do tend to get warm (and whirr). Sometimes, you just have to turn it off and let it cool briefly, then back to work. Not a deal breaker at all. It's worth it!!!

It can connect to the internet without Hotspot

HP Warranty on the product is already used up. This will apply to ALL customers who order this product here (I'm not the only one, read other reviews). I got about 2.5 months out of the full year I should get with HP.Also, despite listing description and photos, pen is not included. The pen is required to access several features of this product. Every person who buys from here will have the same problem, meaning they will be forced to buy it themselves (a $40+ item while they offer a $25 partial refund).Yeah, time to move on.

I got the laptop at $629, a great deal! Its fast and quiet. Only thing to note is that it has a 250 nits of brightness screen, so overall not very bright. But its ok for indoor use.I bought 2 laptops and one came with 0% power. The battery meter did not work until I charged the laptop to 100%. So Incase you face a similar issue just note that the laptop battery needs to be calibrated by charging to 100%.
