Great DI
I felt a little guilty buying this (it looks like something made in the same factory Radials are likely produced, just painted differently. But, I didn't want to spend $200. Suffice to say: it's dead quiet, it's a tank, and it works. The pads on the inputs are nice (I have an active bass that can sometimes be a little feisty, this tames it). Amusingly, I thought I'd received a dud, as I thought the 1/4" inputs were bad, they didn't seem to "seat" the cable. Turned out they're just very robust and you have to push the cable in a little harder than on most equipment.

Works well
It works well. I cannot compare the sound to more expensive devices, but the sound is very good.

A good box, just a few minor quibbles.
I'm sure most people are not even aware of what this box is. If you are are looking for a direct box I am going to assume you do. This box is very robustly built. This is no cheapo plastic case, but a solid metal enclosure. If you use these in a live show situation you need something that can take the abuse. I have the stereo version. Not much larger than the mono version. So it's good for recording or live. You can run it stereo if you want, but you can also run 2 separate instruments. Very handy. It works as expected, nothing negative to report there. Sound quality was good and no noise that I noticed. The two ends of the case have the input jacks recessed. Although my one dislike is that the reverse polarity button on the side is NOT recessed. This could mean if it gets knocked over on it's side the polarity button may get pushed in. I suggest that the manufacturer consider recessing those as well. And even though the inputs and outputs are fairly obvious. The placement of the text saying which is which, is a bit confusing in the way they have it printed on the metal case. These may be minor quibbles, but in some situations the more well designed and understandable the better. That being said, it's a solid buy for the money.

passive stereo direct box, clean sound and solid construction
I wasn't familiar with the brand before, but this box looks and feels very much like a top of the line DI box. The sound is very clear on both channels. It features for both channels: line through (to amp), XLR out, -15dB pad, and a phase switch. There is a single ground lift switch for the entire unit. The construction is heavy and solid. If you plan to mount it to a pedal board, make sure you have strong velcro decals to attach it, otherwise it may fall off. Even the paint job is great quality.

Great studio utility
I'm using this to send a stereo guitar pedal setup into a mixing board across the room, with XLR cables snaked around and hugging the walls so as to not cross over everything else going on in my little home studio. I would have preferred to have my pedal boards closer to my interface, but arranging all my gear in a small space required compromises. Fortunately, this direct box alleviates that particular compromise. Using XLR cables reduces any issues of latency and capacitance that long 1/4" cables would introduce. As a nice bonus, the parallel outputs let me take the left channel and route it to an amp when I'm not recording into amp sims on my computer. Now I don't even have to trade cables or plug and unplug things when I just want to practice, not reconfigure my setup over and over again. The sound quality has been good, and I haven't had any issues.

Very good passive direct box - quiet, does the job
This is a very good passive direct box for recording guitar or other electric instruments directly into your DAW or live mixing board. Passive direct boxes (DIs) require no power source. It is built of sturdy metal and the switches and jacks all are solid. Four rubberized feet are on the bottom corners, so it doesn't slide. There are two 1/4 inch jacks, one for inputting your instrument; the other is a passthru so you can also send signal to an amplifier. The output is an XLR balanced jack. There are a number of buttons, including a phase button, a ground lift button to remove any hum or other ground interference, and a pad button which lowers your signal by -15 db if your signal is too hot for your board. I played guitar through it to a mixing board going to into my DAW, and the signal was clear and unaltered.
