The taste is awful. I can usually get over the taste of a vitamin gummy but NOT this one. I have tried several times and still can’t get over the taste. Unfortunately, they can’t be returned. I try to cut them up and just swallow them with water but then the taste continues to come back up. I also tried taking them at different times of the day to see if that would help and nope…. Do t waste you money.

Update: after taking these for about a month, there has been improvement. I was initially taking them two at a time bc thats what service size was. I have found they taste better if you take one at a time. I actually don't mind them now that I'm used to them. They do improve my drive some but I have noticed more changes in my overall mood. I feel more patient when taking this and I don't feel like I get that angry, overstimulated feeling like I often do when I don't take these. I just bought another container and have recommended these to a few friends who have also said they feel better overall using them with their mood.Mine were way darker than the color pictured and taste horrible.
