They provided no useful solutions or support, and it felt like they were just brushing me off. I then tried to initiate a return and refund through Amazon, only to find out that it’s not possible. How is this even acceptable? I paid for a product that doesn’t function as advertised, and now I’m stuck with it. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money.To make matters worse, Amazon’s customer service was no help either. They were unable to resolve the issue and offered no real solution. Headphone are good.Comfort is also good.Mic is not much good,cause at calling your opponent can't listen properly.Cuffs are soft.Every function in this headphone worksSound is crisp and clear.clarity is perfect.There are some problem in connectivity because it connects fast on mobile but in laptop you have to do it manually.quality is good at this price.even 40 ms latency works properly.hinges are slightly more loose.which I think is okay.There is a small complaint to sellerThey are not offering return policy if anything happens they only offer replace. Which not convenient. Because when your mind changes to buy other headphones you can't get money back you can only replace it.(You will get same product only)

Please don't buy this product through Amazon,when I purchased this product and after using it within few minutes it started producing so much heat in my ears so I tried to return the product when I clicked the return option it was giving me 3 option like 1.trouble shoot by yourself 2.take help of AI and 3.Return through direct seller ie BoatSo I chose 3 option and product was been taken back by saying we can take do onlyreplacement not return if you need return then contact amazonWhen we contact amazon thier customer service was very worst and was insisting to bring a letter from boat company that you need refund when i aked why do we need to do all these things when we made a purchase through amazon only you should deal with all such things but he disconnected the call...So don't know what to do after spending 1000bugsReally don't even want to give 1 star also when they have such poor customer support
