Not genuine product. The snap on the case is a big indicator of this and connection was very weak. Personally the 3rd generation were better or was this because the ones purchased were not authentic therefore I can’t make the comparison. However very disappointed with this purchase.

Just got the new AirPods 4 and I'm seriously impressed! The sound quality is noticeably improved — clearer highs and deeper bass. The noise cancellation is top-notch, and the fit is more comfortable than previous models. Battery life holds up great, and the connectivity with my iPhone is seamless. If you're thinking of upgrading, it's definitely worth it!

As i connected the airpods to the phone it was said to be another persons airpods, i understand that i bought the second hand version but couldn’t they have done a full factory reset to make the product as new as possible for the next costumer now i have to speak to an apple employee to get this fully factory reset since every time i moved around all Iphones near me were notified like i stole the airpods.The airpods itself are very nice, the fit is nice to the ear but hurts a little bit after a few hours of use but that depends on your ear type. Compared to the airpods pro 2 the ANC the airpods 4 fall behind but not that far behind especially for earphones that are ANC without the cups on the end. The case when being shut sounds a little loud but i guess it’s because of the previous owner using it tons. Scratches are minimal and the light is really bright.
