BrooksMen’s Ghost Max 2 Running and Walking Shoes

I forgot how light these shoes feel. My old ones worn out. I had two pairs. I was going to order them again a few months back, but got the wrong sizes, returned them and then proceeded to forget reordering. Since my old ones didn't feel that worn out to me, I thought that it was okay to just keep wearing them. But A few days ago I got the new shoes, wow, what a huge difference! They feel so great on my feet and for my joints. The old shoes worn out slowly, so I could not feel the difference or how worn out they were. Get yourself the new shoes, the old ones can't last forever, and spending a little money to keep the join support is worth it. Now I run with them it feels like stepping on the clouds. Based on my old shoes, they do last very long, but I am not going to wait that long again. Plus they look great. I am buying another pair now in different style. I can't believe, I totally forgot how light and great they feel.

These are the ones. This is the shoe for me. I tried the newer beast model and, though I liked them, I felt they were best for walking or general exercise stability like lifting. I returned them for ghost max 2 and fell in love instantly.The heel curve for those step transitions doesnt look like much but they make walking with other shoes feel wrong. They provide a ton of bounch in your step as well so walking quickly is a joke. They have a nice wide platform to keep your balance while staying in extremely light. I'm about to run my first mile with these. I'll report back when I'm doneEdit: had to increase my run speed on the treadmill by 0.4 to keep momentum and be more energy efficient. Reduced my mile time by 15 seconds. What an upgrade these are from the ghost 14s I've had for years now

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I walk and stand on concrete floors all day at work and I had previously bought a different brand of sneaker that was composite toe because work will reimburse me. However my feet and body were killing me, I thought I was just having to adjust to it but I couldn't stand it anymore. I ordered these even though I knew I wouldn't be reimbursed from work because I wanted to not be in pain all day. I'm so glad I did, they are amazing!

For the past couple years I started walking more during my work week and shortly after that decision, I started getting knee pain. I realized my work boots weren’t for walking so I bought these shoes. First time ever buying these kinds of shoes. The cushioning is amazing and my knee pain didn’t end but it’s much more manageable. I might just be getting old because I’ve never had knee problems or hurt my knees in the past but because of the comfort and cushioning of these shoes, I’ll never get any other kind of shoe.

I have both knees bad, my lower back hurts all the time and my right hip is joining the pain party.I had a roof fall years ago and since then, getting the right shoes is critical.These are the only ones stock shoes (not made by the ortho) that I have found help me avoid pain when walking.Make sure you get the right size. They have regular, wide and extra-wide.BTW, Quality is great. They provide an awesome support.Highly recommended

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I’m standing and walking most of the day and I needed a roomy, supportive, and well cushioned shoe. I have owned many other styles of Brooks and loved them and this shoe did not disappoint. I tend to have to go up 1/2 size with Brooks and this style was no different.

Last year I walked over 6 million steps which is equivalent to. I don’t know how many miles. I buy 2 to 3 pair of these a year. They have great support. And just for reference I walk 6 to 8 miles every day in the morning plus whatever else walking around I do. Highly recommend.
