Switch falls out of mount when on wall. Seller fixed the problem!
This is easy to install and works fine. There is a major issue in the switch, though. I had to use tape to keep the switch in the holder after it was mounted on the wall. It works for now, but eventually the tape will give out. I originally had this as 2 stars, but moved to 5 stars because the seller reached out to me with replacement. It arrived the next day and was a smooth and easy process.

Easy, nice looking remote switch
Works perfectly, automatically once installed. Now allows us access to a remote light switch from the doorway!

Worked well, easy to install and arrived on time. I bought 2 of them

No support
Followup: this switch is installed in the ballast cavity of an LED 2 lamp fixture. It works reliably and seems well made. The remote is not compatible with a typical device plate so plan to mount remotely. Assuming it lasts many years, I would give it a 5. But see below.....I managed to break the battery door loose without damage but the release latch using the included screw driver is a poor design. I have yet to install, but I am unable to figure out the complex access to what should be a simple twist to access the battery. There is no contact for technical support included. Hopefully I will get a response to this review....

Great innovation
These switches are GREAT,this old house was built in 1950 with pull chains in the closets, These switches are fairly easy to install for the dyi’er

No real understanding of wiring required.
so i had a track light that was on the same circuit as my downlights and I wanted to have the ability to decide when I wanted to turn in on with the downlights are not, hence the purchase. This was easy to install and worked like a charm. No real experience with electrical required, match the colors and turn the power on and it's done. Highly recommend.
