actually, super easy to install. If you know anything about electronics took me 30 minutes to take it apart, plug it in and set up. Definitely worth it.

The product works well, I've just put it in my car and I don't need a specialist to install it. The bad thing is that technical support doesn't respond in time and the video on youtube about the product on the MB W222 doesn't tell you where it's placed. But apart from that, it works very well and the delivery was quick.

No support unit is keep connecting and disconnecting after paying 250$Unit is bad and I have to pay another later to get another Inistalation

The media could not be loaded. Car play took a little while to get use to but with the device you get what you pay for. Initially the Bluetooth gave me a few issues but eventually started working. I installed bout the device for car play and it worked well but there is no apps on the device & the youtube that's on the device is very slow and super outdated and the is no work around for it. The best thing that I discovered with this device in the hdmi input. Instead of fighting with the dated features of the device and my car i just decided you hook up my firestick to the device and it became a game changer. Only issue I have with the device is that it uses the Bluetooth from your car for sound and there is a 2 second delay between the video and the sound. I found a work around for it but sound quality diminishes with it. This is the only reason the device did not receive 5 stars.
