Great Quality, Incline is a Killer!
I wanted to add a Treadmill to my workout regime as I have been doing HIIT/Tabata style workouts and have lost 51lbs and maintained that loss, but as a child of the late 1900s my hip flexors and knees were disagreeing with my agressive high knees and jump squats, so I decided to try this. I currently do 45 minutes+ of HIIT workouts 5-6 times per week, so I am pretty fit, cardio wise. Let me tell you, this incline will make you pour sweat like walking across a desert, up a sand dune, at 30 minutes, I felt like I was hiking up a mountain, worth it! I love that this is great for my home office, I can fold it easily and have it out of the way which is fantastic for the small space, the only downside is that removing and replacing the twist pin everytime is kind of a pain, I think that they should try to replace it with a lock pin, with a safety button, if possible. The only other complaint that I have is that if you want a detailed instruction manual to put it together you have to scan the QR code, and that is annoying but I'm all for saving the environment, so I'll get over it. I'm not a huge fan of the app but I like the convince of the safety clip for my phone so I can watch shows on my phone, while I sweat like a buffalo. The price is great and I really like that it is manual opposed to having to plug it in to use it!

Needed an adjustment for a comfortable pace
I have a running background, but at 61 I decided it was better on my body to walk. I liked the idea that this is not electric and pictured myself walking as I watched movies. This is what you need to know- it is not difficult to put together but you definitely need another person. Instructions are ok; if you've mastered IKEA you can do this. The incline is the biggest challenge; unless you plan to hold on to the rails the entire time (which I don't like to do) you are going FAST. I wanted a more leisurely pace. Since you cannot control the incline, my work-around was to put a half inch board at the back, raising it just enough where I could walk at a slower pace (still, not S-L-O-W) and not have to hold the rails the entire time. The thickness of the board will probably vary on the weight of the walker. You can start with pieces of cardboard to find what works for you. It is a good workout, the noise-level is fine, and I'm determined not to make this a clothes hanger!

Awful
Horribly heavy. The belt is incredibly unstable and arrived with a huge mark on it. No instructions on how to assemble. No way to adjust tension. Loud and extremely hard to disassemble and return. Not worth the struggle! Did not arrive in the condition I expected from a new expensive product.

Great off grid
This walking pad was pretty easy to setup and arrived a day early. It is nice and compact fits into the living room nicely without taking up much space. It was definitely worth the money to be able to workout indoors during the winter. As others have mentioned it has a pretty decent incline that cannot be adjusted so that takes some getting used to as does the traction. Too much of the oil makes it go too fast and not enough just gives you more of a workout. After about a month some of the oil has worn off and now I can get a decent pace and not feel like I’m slipping. It’s definitely taking time to adjust to this walking pad but it’s worth it when you live off grid and realize how much power a standard treadmill utilizes.

I'm very happy with this treadmill
I absolutely love this treadmill! When I ordered it, I was worried about the incline and was afraid I might hurt myself, or just not use the thing. I ordered it anyway, because I needed to get into shape and I can't walk outside during the winter. I'm so glad this is the one I chose. The incline, and the fact that I'm the one making it go, really gives me a great workout, which is what I was looking for. I break a sweat within 3 minutes, so I have a fan blowing on me the whole time, which helps a lot. I've been using it 5 days a week for about 3 weeks now and see a huge difference in my body. I think this treadmill is perfect for someone my height and weight. I can see how someone taller might have issues with it (my husband has a hard time with it moving too fast). I'm 5'5", 120lbs.

Good for Simple Use, but a Few Bad Points
This is not an expensive treadmill, so you can only expect so much. I bought this to replace a previous (manual) treadmill that had simply worn out. That treadmill had a flywheel/weight, so it offered resistance which made it good for a warm-up before a workout, or just as an addition to a cardio workout. This one does not, so that's where the good and bad come in. Easy to use, it's good for just simple walking, but that's it. Don't think you're going to run on it - with no resistance, it will just keep speeding up until you fly off. And it's not that big; check the dimensions - if you're tall or have a long stride, this may not work for you. But if you're looking for easy walking - if you're older, or recovering from an injury - then this might be a good choice.
