VERY NICE pickguard! Color and thickness are great, high gloss and Double plastic to protect it.I used this on a candy Apples red 2001 Indonesian Strat, and looks amazing.A couple negatives..1. the pot holes were too small, but 20sec each with a reamersolved that. Not sure why so small, but a quick easy fix.2. The neck pocket on the bass side stuck out enough to where the neck wouldn't go in. I took a razor knife and scraped it flush..easy, 5 min fix.The screw holes weren't DEAD on, but close enough to mount it. Thats to be expected though, with a billion strats out there made in two continents.Overall...its a Great pickguard at a GREAT price! If you're not a little bit handy, it might not work for you though, just FYI. I'm very happy with how it turned out, saved $$$, and the little extra work was fun for me. Recommended, IF you don't mind doing a little extra work.

Great product, even comes with metal shielding for the pots. Had to file bigger holes for my older pots, but that's not the sellers fault. The holes only lined up 99% correctly, but all the screws went in. This is probably also because I have an older guitar (a '99 MIM), so be aware of those two things if your guitar is older. It fits perfectly now that it's in place tho

I purchased this to replace a white pick guard on a '96 American Standard Strat - thought a fresh look might be fun.8 of 11 holes lined up without issue, 1 was a little off but still manageable, 2 would require drilling... so I just left them without screws. In fairness, I also tried a white Fender replacement pick guard also didn't match all 11 of the holes (9 of 11).I had to do quite a bit of filing around the slot for the neck to get this to fit. I also filed around the tremolo slot so it would not touch and affect the tuning when using the whammy bar.The holes for the Volume,Tone, Tone controls are too small to fit the CTS sized pots. So unless you are using small pots (for maybe Squier Bullet/Affinity or Chinese made guitars purchased from an auction website) or tall posts (like with a push/pull pot), you will need to drill out these holes as I did.This is a useable pick guard with some modifications.

The screw holes in this did not line up perfectly with my guitar but that's the guitar's fault, not the pick guard's. It's not a Fender Strat, it's a generic non-branded copy. The pickup, knob, and switch holes all lined up perfectly. It comes shipped with an anti-scratch plastic film on it. The edge is very nice (several layers of black and white material).

The pickguard is standard 3 ply plastic, nothing really wrong with that. It looks like its well molded, has the appropriate shape and is double protected with the peel-off coating to help protect it during installation and shipment. My problems with the product are the fact that its a standard import pickguard but not a single hole lined up to my Squier. This is pretty typical in pickguard installs, but usually you have one or two holes that don't line up. This one, not a single hole lined up with the original plate which was disappointing. Also, the bridge hole didn't fit. It was off by about 1/4 of an inch on the left side and by about 1/16th of an inch on the right. It required some shaving of the pickguard itself in order for it to fit around my bridge. I've ordered several other pickguards from different vendors and have never had these problems.Once I altered it to my needs it is a good looking pickguard, but I'm used to a bit more quality control.

I liked the product, I didn’t like the shipping packaging could’ve (very easily) been damaged in shipment.

Doesnt come with any screws and the holes for volume and tone were too small.

This pick guard is excellent, only had to make a couple of adjustments to fit it perfectly onto my guitar. All the electronics fit perfectly. If I needed a replacement pick guard again, I would definitely order this product.
