Great for home workouts or while travelling
I’ve been eyeing this type of home workout set for a while. I go to the gym regularly but always fall off when away on vacation. This set offers a portable way to continue certain exercises I do at the gym.I like that it includes a door pulley attachment as it can be hard to find a way to secure the bands at home. The kit also helpfully includes a sheet of sample exercises to do with them, by section (upper body, lower body, etc). Quite a few of the recommended exercises require a way to secure the bands to the floor however, and there isn’t an included attachment for that. I might try sticking it in a sliding balcony door and locking it shut into it see if that holds. But for travel that might not be possible. The bands are coloured by weight/resistance and the kit includes hand pulleys and ankle cuffs, as well as a storage bag. Doesn’t really fit back into the box once opened.30$ is reasonable for such a complete and quality kit.

Too long for 5' 3" me
Alas, although I ordered the coloured bands, the ones I got are just shades of grey. The bands themselves are okay, and the ends are held very firmly. The downside with that is that it appears that there is no way of adjusting the length of the bands, so a shorter person (such as myself) gets much less of a workout or flat-out can't do some types of exercises because the band doesn't have enough resistance due to the excess length.Comes with a storage bag along with the listed (ankle straps, door anchor, etc) additions.

A nice set of colour-coded bands, but don't think the weights are accurate
I wanted to get back into some light weight training, but I don’t have the space for free weights anymore. These bands seemed like a great alternative. The thing that really caught my eye is that each “weight” has a different colour. That makes it so much easier to select the band (or bands) you want without wasting time sorting through labels. The set comes with two handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor, allowing quite a bit of flexibility in the exercises you can do. They even include an illustrated foldout to show you how to exercise with proper form. The bands clip easily into the carabiners on the handles and are quick and easy to change out. There’s enough room to clip in several bands at once, allowing you to increase the resistance as you desire. It’s almost like having a gym at home. There are a couple of things to note, however. First, the bands are shorter than the pictures make them look, and I found I had to bend down to reach them. That’s not a bad thing, though, as it allows more range of motion while under tension. The second issue is that I don’t think the weights are accurate. I attached the 90 and 60 pound bands to the handles and was easily able to do bicep curls with them. I’d estimate the actual weight I was pulling was more like 50-60 pounds. Definitely not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. I'm new to bands like these, so part of it may simply come down to how I was standing on them.At $29.99, I think these are priced very attractively. They might not be perfect, but they can provide a variety of exercises at a very reasonable price. It’s like having a home gym that fits in a little carry bag. Overall, I’m quite happy with this set.My rating: 4 stars

Simple but effective
These are very simple in design - just long tubes of elastic polymer with loops on the ends to attach to the hand or foot straps. The tubing is odorless unlike other elastic or rubber band sets. The weight rating labels are only on one end - would have been nice to have markings on both ends to make finding the correct ones easier. Different colours make that job faster though. There's nothing fancy about the hand grip or foot straps but they get the job done. The door jam has a continuous loop that the tubing has to be threaded through to use. You can use the clip off the hand grips to attach just one end to the door loop but the clip is small and wasn't meant to be used that way. By using a larger carabiner the tubing could just be clipped in instead of having to thread them through the loop - faster and easier. The tube ratings should be viewed as a general guideline of relative force and not a true weight rating. The force required to stretch the tubing increases as they are stretched. They may only reach the indicated weight at the very limit of their length. Mix and match the bands to your preferred resistance as desired. As with any exercise equipment they only work if used. These are compact (fits in a small supplied sac) and easily accessible. The included exercise chart shows 40 different workouts that can be done. Less excuses to not get up and make use of them.
