Svelte Organic Protein Shake, French Vanilla, 11 Ounce (Pack of 8)

These vanilla ones and the banana of the same brand are the only flavors of any kind or brand of protein shake my husband will tolerate. He’s picky on flavors and tried so many. I wish there were more calories and protein (there are 180 and 11g, respectively, with both flavors I mentioned) since he gets so few from food, but at least he’ll drink these and they are not loaded with sugar (6g). 5g fiber -decent.

The actual rating runs from 1 to 5, with most in the five category. But at least two of the French Vanilla protein shakes were rotten: tasted terrible and were curdled. If it happens again, I'm off Svelte products!

My husband wanted to try these to see if he could gain a little weight but if he drink more than one a day it would give him diarrhea

I used them once a week when I fast. Also, when traveling. Yummy!!

Nice to find a nutritionally put together protein supplement that's plant based and no artificial sweeteners. This is WAY too sweet for me. I mix it 1:1 with unsweetened almond or soy milk after a workout or if in a rush at work and it works just fine. Probably won't buy more of them though, as the point of having something ready to go like this is that you don't have to mix it with anything else.

Love these shakes all flavors I especially use the vanilla as coffee creamer wish it a little more protein per serving but the taste is very good

The taste is ok, but I have had better and there is some ingredients that are not good for you.
